Colors of Agriculture in Mar del Plata is a project that aims to provide, through technological innovation, a tool for articulation between the textile sector of the popular economy and family agriculture. It seeks to generate a system for obtaining dyes from fruit and vegetable waste, to apply them as surface treatments on textile materials, generating sustainable products that allow strengthening and generating new sustainable value chains in the popular economy with a local identity imprint through its color palette.
