Summary
The Agroforestry System (SAF) of the Xique Xique Farm in São Lourenço do Piauí is considered a territorial reference experience. Its implementation has been going on for 8 years and shows that it is possible to produce vegetables, fruits, wood in the Caatinga and even create consortia with animals through these complex Xique Xique agroforestry systems.
